• All prices are in Indian Rupees.
  
• The delivery of the ticket(s) will be made at the Venue of 68th Sawai Gandharva Bhimsen Mohatsav (SGBM).
  
• The ASPM will not be responsible for any loss or damage/delay directly or indirectly associated or affecting 68th SGBM or online ticket booking or similar services to the consignment or consequential, caused due to incorrect address, any act of God, such as accidents, any natural calamity including rain, fire earthquake etc, war, riot, commotion, strike, Local/Political Disruptions, Air / Rail / Road Disruptions / Delay or any other cause whatsoever beyond the direct or indirect control, apprehension, knowledge of the ASPM. No claim for loss / damage / delay will be entertained by the Company in such events.
• ASPM shall not be liable for any consequential or special damages or loss (including loss of income, profits, makers, reputation, use of contents or loss of any opportunity) or other indirect loss arising from the loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery or non-delivery of your consignment including online or physical handing over of tickets, passes, benefits even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise. The ASPM shall not be liable if your consignment, online booking, ticket, pass, ID proof, belongings or any part of it is lost, damaged, delayed or more delivered or not delivered at all as a result of ACT OF GOD, FORCE MAJEURE, which shall include war, accident, acts of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of the air, local disputes, civil commotions, National or local disruption in air or ground transportation networks, mechanical problems to modes of transport or machinery or patent defects or inherent vice in the contents of the services provided by ASPM and or agreed to be availed by the customer.
• The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind. www.esawai.com does not warrant that the products/services offered will be exactly similar, error free, or that the defects will be corrected.
• If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you need to inform us on email - support@esawai.com within 24 hours of receipt with the supporting documents as necessary.
• www.esawai.com will not charge more than the prices mentioned on its web pages but in certain unavoidable circumstances it reserves the right to change, alter, amend the prices, terms and conditions anytime, without any prior notice and charge the sender accordingly.
• www.esawai.com does not, in any way, claim ownership or right over the Trademarks, Brands and Company Names used at this site, which are owned by their respective owners/companies. References to these products and company trademarks are used solely for the purpose of identifying the products supplied at this site.
• In the unlikely event of a dispute relating to the services of www.esawai.com, the dispute shall be exclusively subjected to the jurisdiction of Pune (India) courts. ASPM being charitable trust is also subjected to the jurisdiction of Charity Commissioner of Pune.
• The ASPM holds the right to destroy all records of delivery and other connected documents after 90 days of booking.
• The customer undertakes and agrees that they shall not permit any other person who has an interest in the consignment (tickets) to bring a claim or action against us arising from the carriage, even though we may have been negligent or in default and if a claim or action is made, customer will indemnify us against the consequences of the claim or action and the cost and expenses we incur in defending it.
• If the recipient of the order or the person who consumes and/or uses the contents of the order is different from the person who has ordered then it is the responsibility of the person who has placed an order to communicate all the terms and conditions that he / she has agreed at the time of placing the order. In every such respect, ASPM reserves sole right to cancel the tickets, deny or restrict the entry to SGBM to the customer and/or ticket holders.
• ASPM reserves right to sell tickets online as well as manually, in advance and onsite, season as well as individual program based, issue passes, reserve any sitting arrangement or place or area or make any change to it or the arrangements even in last moment.
• Only limited tickets are made available online for Chair and Bhartiya Baithak. Thus tickets are sold on first come first basis and as per availability.
• Online tickets shall be handed over to the customer who has booked it online by showing his/her original photo ID proof issued by any State or Central Government Authority. In any circumstances representatives, proxies of customer shall not be allowed to avail tickets instead of the customer.
